Ms. Morales has significant experience representing clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters in various industries, such as entertainment, real estate, franchising, manufacturing and health care. Ms. Morales represents all constituents in corporate reorganizations, workouts and chapter 7 and 11 cases, including corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, committees, equity holders, trustees, landlords and distressed asset purchasers.
