Noreen A. Guregian

Noreen A. Guregian is an associate with Margulies Faith, LLP. She began her career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson, Meredith A. Jury, and Mark S. Wallace, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. She has also clerked for the Honorable Mark Houle, Wayne Johnson, and Deborah Saltzman, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Central District of California.

Ms. Guregian received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. While in law school, she was the Chief Symposia Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, and published an article titled U.S. Supreme Court: Monsanto v. Geertson Seed Farms, 44 Loy. L.A. L. Rev. 1249 (2011). Noreen has also externed for the Honorable Alan M. Ahart, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.

Ms. Guregian is active in the bankruptcy community and is a member of both the American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
